Notes

Previous service stated as "West Point" Military Hospital, Esquimalt, British Columbia. However, this may be a clerical error as the hospital there was known as "Work Point". She served there from what appears to be December 1 to December 8, 1916. The handwriting is poor for the year - it appears that 1915 may have been crossed over with 1916.
