Service Biography

Armand Loiselle was born at Ste-Martine, Quebec, on 10 September 1897. A single Roman Catholic farmer, he was drafted under the Military Service Act, 1917, and served as Private 3167683 with the 2nd Depot Battalion, 2nd Quebec Regiment. His service was in Canada. He was discharged on demobilization at Montreal on 11 March 1919.

The Medical History Sheet dated 24 August 1918 records height 5 ft 6 in, weight 134 lb, chest 33 in minimum and 34 in maximum, brown complexion, brown eyes and brown hair, good physical development, and medical category B2.
