Service Biography

Alberic Rene was born at Saint-Clotilde, Quebec, on 13 April 1896. A farmer, he was drafted under the Military Service Act and joined the 1st Depot Battalion, 1st Quebec Regiment at Montreal on 18 July 1918 as Private 3087931. His service remained in Canada, and he was discharged at Montreal on 9 January 1919 on demobilization.
