| <p>This rank is given in the LG citation of the award of the Royal Red Cross in June 1918.</p><p> The citation specifically says "(Lt. C.A.M.C)" and states currently "Can. Nursing Service, Can. Spec. Hospl., Lenham, Kent". I can't find any other mention of a Canadian Nursing Service as a force though.</p> |
