Boston, Feb. 9 – British Army officers obtained 403 recruits in the eastern division of the United States during the week ending February 2, according to figures given out last night. There were 683 men examined in this period. Boston was far in the lead as a recruiting centre with 225 men examined and 120 accepted. New York was second with 98 men examined and 63 accepted.
