(news from surrounding areas) The remains of the late Private White were laid to rest Sunday April 25, in the Matheson Cemetery. The funeral was very largely attended and was conducted with military honors. The two brothers of the deceased did not arrive in time from Regina, Sask., to be present at the funeral.
