Letter from Pte. Percy Bilow

Pte. Percy Bilow writes home, letter of Oct. 22. He was well at the time, had been in the trench but was now with the Machine Gun Section. The trenches seemed to suit him better. His brother Earl had been wounded in the neck and was then in the hospital. Percy did not speak as if it were serious, and wrote in good spirits.
