Capt. Tom Magladery Promoted
     Congratulations are in order to Captain Tom Magladery, who has received the appointment of Musketry Officer for the 37th Battallion, which office, while not altering the rank of Captain, places Captain Magladery on the staff as a staff officer.  Captain Magladery took a special course in musketry at Ottawa last fall, and has no doubt continued his studies along those lines.  It is hoped that Temiskaming’s popular Captain will continue to gain merited promotion.
