Vessel is Returning With 12 Cadets and 45 Other Rank. for Toronto.

Ottawa, March 7. - Word has been received at the Militia Department that the transport Grampian with 348 Canadian soldiers on board, sailed from England on or about March 4, and will arrive at St. John about the 12th. The classification of those on board by Nos. 1 and 2 dispersal areas is follows:
