RECRUITING OFFICERS PARADED DOWN TOWN

Drew Crowd of Men Anxious to Join the 109th Regiment.

Toronto had its first sight of "recruiters" today, when two of the corporals of the overseas quota of the 109th Regiment paraded slowly through the main down town streets, wearing rosetts of red, white, and blue on the sides of theri caps.

They were followed by a goodly little squad of citizens anxious to recruit.  

There are still a few men needed for the 25th Battalion to fill up gaps made by the reinforcements, and also some for the new 58th Battalion.   

Enlisting is proceeding at the 109th Armories, 73 Pearl street.
